“You wouldn’t put off getting glasses if you had trouble seeing. Hearing loss is not something you should just put up with. In fact, recent research shows, early treatment can make a difference. If you’re experiencing any of these signs, book a hearing test. It’s painless.”
“I’ve worked here for many years and what’s always stayed the same is that we always treat people individually. As a company focused on making sure that we understand the person in order to fit them with the proper hearing aid. So not everyone gets the exact same hearing aid. It’s a lot of conversation with the patient to find out that they’re getting exactly what is right for them.”
“For me it’s important that I help my patients hear better, to change their life.”

“We were talking at dinner and I used the word ‘love’. And he looked at me like I had said some word that he had never heard before. So, I wrote it, and he said ‘oh, love.’ He had never heard the letter ‘v’ in the word before. To him, that was a totally new word. That’s because of the clarity of the new technology that he is using now. It’s been wonderful really.”
