Our Certified Hearing Health Care Professionals conduct complete hearing tests in accordance with provincial and national guidelines. The hearing test is painless and takes approximately an hour. 

The hearing test commences with a physical examination of the ear, followed by a series of questions pertaining to your medical history and your current listening experience in different environments.

Your test continues in a sound proof booth in order to eliminate surrounding sounds, allowing the Hearing Health Care Professional to take a more accurate measurement of your current hearing capabilities.

Upon completion of the test, your Hearing Health Care Professional will review the results with you and advise you and your doctor of your current level of hearing.
